How it's done

Works with a variety of strap-style handles. The principle is the same as Devon Larratt's riser lift, but pulling from a pulley; form breaks down more easily in Devon's version, where you crouch and plant your elbow on the inside of your leg. A good lift keeps your hand vertical, your wrist not dumped, and your arm not opening up during the slight rocking motion.

Lift at your own risk. Max attempts can cause injury: warm up, use safe equipment, and stop if anything hurts. This isn't medical advice. See the Terms.
