How it's done

Popularized by Rino Mašić. This version is used because it limits the riser less than a strap over the knuckles. One strap goes around the wrist and one around the palm. Start from your normal starting position: your knuckles don't have to face the sky at the start, but they must face the sky at some point during the lift for it to count. It isn't a curl or a pure elbow drag; it's a rocking motion, without your hand opening away from your shoulder.

Lift at your own risk. Max attempts can cause injury: warm up, use safe equipment, and stop if anything hurts. This isn't medical advice. See the Terms.
